| General description | This kit employs the sensitive biotin-avidin-peroxidase system. Isotype specific reagents bonded to test strips capture individual immunoglobulin isotypes from culture supernatant or purified immunoglobulin. The strips are developed with reagents supplied in convenient dropper vials. |
